Our Process

Step One: Discovery and Strategic Planning

· Review existing materials.
· Meet with the client to understand their goals and challenges.
· Conduct strategic planning exercises and SWOT analysis as necessary.
· Articulate SMART goals.
· Identify audiences that are necessary stakeholders in achieving these goals or could impede actualization of these goals.
· Analyze existing research (secondary, subscription, etc.) on each audience and identify gaps in knowledge.

Step Two: Design and Execute Research Protocol

· Design a customized research plan to study each audience and fill in the knowledge gaps.
· Identify the most efficient manner to conduct each specific research project.
· Execute research.
· Report findings for each specific research project.

Step Three: Make it Actionable!

· Synthesize research findings from each project as well as existing research to fully understand each audience.
· Create a key findings document for each audience segment focusing on their current mindset and the changes needed to achieve the goals.
· Articulate specific strategies and tactics for each audience to achieve the overall goals.
· Collaborate with the client’s internal teams and external agencies and vendors to ensure all campaign activities and materials align with the plan.
